What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and nurture pipelines of top healthcare talent.
• Post, review, and manage job listings across sourcing platforms.
• Screen candidates and provide detailed summaries to recruiting and client teams.
• Coordinate interviews and support the hiring process from start to finish.
• Verify licensures, backgrounds, and references to ensure compliance.

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Love matching healthcare professionals with meaningful career opportunities.
• Thrive in a flexible, self-directed environment.
• Bring 1–3 years of experience in clinical, hospital, or healthcare recruiting.
• Have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Preferably hold a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Healthcare — certifications like PHR, SHRM-CP, CHHR, or AIRS are a plus!
