Here's the rundown:
Annual salary: $75,000 + comprehensive travel coverage
Full-time position
Located in Austin, TX (with frequent travel to Stanford and MIT)

Your 2025 journey:
Jan–May: Visit Stanford and MIT to spearhead vibrant recruitment drives, host events, and cultivate relationships with elite CS/ML students.
June–Aug: Facilitate a seamless and enriching experience for summer program participants.
Sept–Dec: Leverage insights from your inaugural recruiting cycle to enhance your impact moving forward.

What you will be doing
Spearheading dynamic on-campus recruitment campaigns to draw in top-notch CS/ML students.
Fostering connections with students, faculty, and university organizations to create lasting bonds.
Driving a talent pipeline with enthusiasm and precision to meet ambitious targets.
Traveling frequently between Austin, Stanford, and MIT to organize recruitment events and build relationships.
What you will NOT be doing
Parked at a desk in a quiet office all day.
Adhering to a traditional 9-to-5 work schedule.
Recruiting without stepping out of your comfort zone or engaging directly with students.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and nurture a pipeline of 100 elite CS/ML students from Stanford and MIT through engaging on-campus activities and robust relationship-building.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum of 1 year in college recruiting or university admissions with a proven track record of high-volume candidate engagement success
Consistent achievement of challenging outreach and conversion objectives
Strong portfolio showcasing successful recruiting/marketing events
Proven success in managing complex projects with defined targets
Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems for tracking candidate pipelines
Based in Austin, TX or open to relocation
Willingness to travel up to 75% during peak recruiting season (January-May, Aug-Nov)
