Our client are seeking an experienced Tilt Wall Superintendent to oversee the construction and installation of tilt-up concrete structures, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will manage on-site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Description Oversee the construction and installation of tilt-up concrete panels. Coordinate on-site activities and manage subcontractors to ensure efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders on project timelines and budgets. Maintain accurate documentation of progress, materials, and labor. Train and mentor construction staff on best practices and safety protocols. Monitor project schedules and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines. Facilitate effective communication between the field and office teams. Ensure proper maintenance and use of equipment and tools on-site. Profile A successful candidate for the Tilt Wall Superintendent role will have extensive tilt-up construction experience and strong leadership skills. They should prioritize safety and quality, possess excellent problem-solving abilities, and be detail-oriented. The ideal candidate can adapt to changing demands and has a proven track record of timely, on-budget project delivery.
