Competitive pay of $18.00 – $22.00 per hour (based on experience) – 1st shift opportunities
Additional $2.00/hour shift differential for 2nd shift opportunities
1st Shift: 6:00 am – 4:30 pm, Monday–Thursday (with required overtime as needed)
2nd Shift: 4:00 pm – 2:30 am, Monday–Thursday (with required overtime as needed)
Location: High Point, NC or Browns Summit, NC

Job Description
Join our client’s team as a Structural Welder Fabricator, contributing your expertise to support production goals for one of the top mechanical contractors in the Southeastern United States. This position is ideal for a motivated professional who takes pride in precision welding, fabrication, and teamwork. Responsibilities
Perform structural welding and fabrication to support production and assembly needs
Execute welds using MIG wire feed processes on steel materials
Contribute to team production goals while ensuring quality and accuracy
Follow safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet deadlines and operational requirements
Qualifications and Requirements
Ability to pass a 3G and 4G welding test using the GMAW process on 3/8” materials
Experience welding steel using MIG wire feed processes
Strong verbal communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
Safety-conscious mindset and strict adherence to company procedures
Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen

Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
