Manager - Hotshots Sports Bar & Grill

Hotshots Sports Bar & Grill is NOW HIRING Assistant Managers who are passionate about hospitality, team leadership, and delivering an unforgettable guest experience. We are looking for energetic, motivated individuals to join our management team immediately!

As a Hotshots Assistant Manager, you'll be an integral part of the engine that keeps our restaurants running. What You’ll Do:

• Lead and inspire a dynamic front-of-house hospitality team, ensuring a memorable guest experience
• Actively engage with customers and staff to ensure our company message — “We are truly glad you are here and will do everything we can to make you want to come back” — is brought to life every day
• Oversee daily operations, from staff selection and training to performance management
• Drive success by maintaining service standards, implementing promotional initiatives, and optimizing team efficiency
• Foster a fun, energetic environment that keeps both guests and employees excited to be part of Hotshots
• Work directly with upper management on business planning, growth strategies, and operational improvements
• Handle guest concerns and resolve conflicts with professionalism and a positive attitude

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in casual or upscale dining
• A customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong planning and organizational skills with knowledge of basic business fundamentals
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
• A contagious, positive attitude with a passion for hospitality and leadership
• Availability to work 40-50 hours per week, including evenings and weekends
