What You’ll Do
Prepare and review individual and business tax returns (1040, 1120, 1120S, 1041).
Partner with clients to ensure accurate, timely filings at the federal, state, and local level.
Support small business owners with bookkeeping, payroll coordination, and year-end closings.
Provide insights through general ledger analysis, reconciliations, and reporting.
Communicate directly with clients and agencies to resolve questions or issues.
Contribute to a smooth, efficient, and proactive tax season.
What You Bring
5+ years in public accounting and tax preparation.
Solid understanding of individual and small business tax laws.
Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills and a detail-driven mindset.
Excellent communication skills—you enjoy making complex things simple for clients.
CPA or EA license (preferred but not required).
