Williams Bros Health Care Pharmacy is looking for a Staff Pharmacist to lead, direct, and manage the daily pharmacy activities. Expectations include ensuring optimal customer service, prescription verification, managing pharmacy team and workflow and following all State and Federal regulations.

We are looking for an experienced, full time (36 hours per week), Staff Pharmacist to join our Bloomington and Paoli locations.

Time will be split between Bloomington (36 hrs) and Paoli (36 hrs) every 2 weeks.Current schedule is Bloomington every Wednesday and Thursday, Paoli every other Friday, Saturday, Monday and Tuesday.Travel between locations will be required.

Principal Roles and Responsibilities:

• Reviews all medication orders for appropriateand rational therapy, checking for proper dosages, potential drug interactions, and adverse reactions.
• Assures compliance with federal, state, and local drug control regulations relating to pharmaceutical acquisitions by keeping abreast of and adhering to new and existing regulations.This position also maintains DEA forms secured for review by DEA, FDA and Board of Pharmacy.
• Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries (patients and referral sources), both in the store and on the phone, with regard to supplies and prescriptions to the extent of the law and informational needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints by identifying problems and coordinating appropriate corrective action.
• Ensure the prescriptions are filled accurately by Pharmacy Techs before they go out.
