Job Description Reporting to the Assistant Treasurer, Pension Investments, the Senior Specialist, Pension and Benefits Finance is responsible for providing financial and operational support for our Company's retirement income and benefits programs including pension, 401(K), and health and welfare programs.
Responsibilities include: - Analyzing and communicating external investment manager performance
- Participating in portfolio reviews with external investment managers
- Providing operational support for pension trusts
- Supporting forecast and monthly/quarterly accounting close activities for employee benefits expense programs
- Supporting external reporting requirements for the Securities and Exchange Commission, Internal Revenue Service, and Department of Labor
- Researching investment opportunities

Education Minimum Requirement - BA/BS in Accounting or Finance
- Required Experience and Skills - A minimum of 3 years of Finance experience; ability to work independently and accurately under time constraints; proficient in Microsoft Excel; ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Preferred Experience and Skills - Advanced degrees and/or certifications such as MBA, CFA, or CPA; understanding of investments, portfolio theory, and statistics

The salary range for this role is
$104,200.00 - $163,900.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
