As a Forward Deployed & Product Engineer at Greenlite, you'll build AI agents that help banks and fintechs fight financial crime at massive scale. You'll work directly with our biggest customersinstitutions serving over a billion peopledeploying cutting-edge AI that automates complex compliance workflows. Your engineering work is informed by real customer needs and ships to everyone, so you need to write great code, work effectively with engineering leaders, pitch technical solutions, and adapt quickly.
This is a core engineering role on our Engineering team. You're an exceptional software engineer who loves building with customers. You'll architect custom integrations, write production code for AI agent deployments, and create technical solutions that help financial institutions automate AML, sanctions screening, and fraud detection. You're not just implementingyou're engineering new capabilities based on what our most sophisticated customers need.
Master our AI agent platform and compliance tech stack
Shadow experienced engineers on customer engagements
Write code for your first customer integration
Own end-to-end engineering for major bank and fintech deployments
Build product features and integrations that scale across our platform
Partner with engineering teammates to turn customer insights into product features
Become a go-to expert for complex compliance integrations
Write production code that deploys AI agents in highly regulated environments
Architect scalable solutions that connect our platform with customer systems
Build new capabilities with customers and ship them to our core product
Collaborate with Deployments, Sales, and Customer teams as the technical expert
2+ years of software engineering experience post-university
Proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js, SQL, and building secure enterprise systems
Experience with APIs, distributed systems, and complex integrations
Familiarity with our stack is a plus: TypeScript, React/Next.js, Kafka, Postgres, Temporal
Strong at explaining technical concepts to both engineers and non-technical partners
Experience with and excitement around working directly with customers
Strong interest in building scalable product solutions for customer problems
Comfortable in fast-paced environments with lots of iteration
AI/ML deployment experience
Financial services or compliance background
Previous forward deployed engineering experience

$130k - $170k + equity
