The Role We are currently seeking a Social Video Producer & Editor to work with our Marketing, Sales, and Design teams on producing and creating engaging video content (including but not limited to TikToks, Instagram Reels, and Shorts) for our organic and paid social media campaigns.
As our first full-time in-house video editor, you'll shape the narrative of our brand channels and drive user growth and retention by generating dynamic and trendy creatives.
The annual US base salary range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000. The final salary will be based on a number of factors, including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and location.

Responsibilities - Brainstorm, shoot, and edit 4-6 short-form videos weekly (in several aspect ratios) that align with our brand vision
- Build general and sports-specific motion graphics to create compelling videos
- Collaborate closely with our Growth and Marketing teams to develop conceptual ideas and craft content strategies for our channels
- Partner with our Growth and Marketing teams to analyze content performance on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube and consistently produce high-performing content
- Take a lead on developing scripts for video content
- Maintain the highest creative standards and keep up with social trends
- Inspire new ways of thinking, using fresh and unique approaches to video editing and motion graphics
- Prioritize projects to meet multiple and simultaneous deadlines
Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in motion design
- 2+ years of social content creation with a strong emphasis on short-form content
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in motion design & editing
- Ability to work with audio/sound design and grading
- Deep understanding of social media platforms & trends
- Knowledge of proper file handling in a post-production workflow
- Interest in tennis, pickleball, padel, and social media
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
- Openness to travel as needed
