Job Summary:

As a Lounge Concierge, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests have unforgettable memories. Responsible for the delivery of extraordinary guest service and “Legendary Attention to Detail” to our Slopeside Lounge guests. Slopeside Lounge is an elevated locker and ski valet experience in close proximity to the slopes. As perpetual hosts, Slopeside Lounge Concierge will work closely with the Guest Services, Ski School Ambassadors, the Product Sales and Services Team, the BC Ski and Snowboard School, and equipment delivery teams to ensure seamless guest experiences and efficient operations.

Job Specifications:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Concierge Duties: Provide personalized assistance to guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations. Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and equipment needs with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Seamless Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the Slopeside Lounge, both inside and outside, collaborate with various departments, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our guests.
  • Guest Coordination: Gather and track accurate guest information, make sales calls to potential guests, and send follow-up emails to maintain strong relationships.
  • Sales and Support: Assist guests with lift ticket purchases, private lessons, first tracks and Cabin dining reservations.
  • Equipment Handling: Assist guests with equipment handling and labeling, including buckling boots and carrying gear; overnight boot drying. 
  • Guest Relations: Resolve guest issues promptly and foster strong relationships with guests.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with the Ambassador Team and coordinate First Tracks experiences.
  • Operational Coordination: Assist in managing locker assignments, equipment deliveries and returns, and arrival and departure details; assist with restocking of necessary items for catering and office needs.

Job Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent – required 
  • Some college experience – preferred
  • Prior guest service experience – required 
  • Guest Connect or other Point of Sale software - preferred
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) - required 
  • English required. Can professionally communicate verbally and in writing - required 
  • Valid, active driver's license -- can pass MVR check – preferred
  • Ability to lift and transport 30 pounds - required 
  • Must be able to work the whole season, to include scheduled weekends and holidays - required 
  • Adherence to Presentation Policy – required 
  • Demonstrates attention to detail – required

The expected pay range is $20.00 - $21.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
