Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Cold Room/Freezers -22degreesF/-6degrees C, Laboratory Setting, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Warehouse, Will work with hazardous/toxic materials

How will you make an impact?

• Leverage communication skillset to support team members and key clients
• Drive excellence through clear communication, scientific teamwork, service scope expansion, SLA adherence, development of business metrics, and team management
• Champion innovation and practical process improvement in the program

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management
• Stockroom / POU management, dispensing of product, and follow direction / coordination of affiliated stockroom activities.  
• Perform on-site program replenishment's and disbursements.   
• Perform stockroom duties to include receiving, put-away, stock rotation, cycle counts, and other functions according to customer requirements.  
• Remove cardboard and trash as needed (detrashing).  
• Deliver direct shipment orders to end users. 
• Sourcing/Order Management:  
• Perform order entry, order expediting, customer service call resolution, return goods authorization, processing of backorders.  

How will you get here?

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Expert on GMP environment preferred
• Proven excellence in developing customer relationships

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Focus on laboratory safety and GXP compliance
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills
• Heightened attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Strong customer service
