Primary Duties Providing essential administrative support and managing transaction workflows for agents Overseeing property listings, updating MLS information, coordinating signage, and scheduling photography Ensuring prompt and clear communication with clients, vendors, and team members Organizing property showings, inspections, and closing appointments Supporting marketing initiatives including social media content creation, email campaigns, and CRM management Ideal Candidate Profile Exceptionally organized with strong time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Tech-savvy, proactive, and solution-oriented Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, team-focused environment Motivated to grow and excel in a real estate career Bonus: Collaborate with agents who close 50+ deals annually. Visit: Follow us: Responsibilities Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week Participate in weekly script practice per team standards Participate in team activities per team standards Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology Qualifications You are energized by working with people and pride yourself in your ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
