Green-Way Irrigation is a family-owned irrigation and outdoor lighting company that has been in business for nearly 40 years.

We are looking to expand our team and have an opening for a Service Department Manager. Our company has built itself on high standards of customer satisfaction and we are looking for a trustworthy individual that can communicate professionally about irrigation and outdoor lighting with our clients.

A qualified applicant must meet or exceed the following requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years experience in irrigation &outdoor lighting services
• Minimum of 5 years management experience
• Valid / clean driver's license - subject to insurance approval
• Ability to manage and oversee multiple routes of service technicians
• Ability to communicate clearly in English -- verbally and in writing
• Lead and train service teams
• Coordinate scheduling and resolve service issues
• Physically capable of digging, lifting, bending and climbing on job-sites
• Dependable and motivated
• Strong organizational skills
• Precise record keeping ability
• Customer service skills personable for client interaction and experience
• Microsoft Office skills
