Job Description
JustinBradley's client, a leading source of mortgage financing, is looking for a Senior IT Project Manager. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for the performance of projects or a definable portion of a larger program in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of goals, guidelines, action steps, and timelines to ensure projects meet technical requirements.
- Contribute your advanced technical expertise to the project.
- Monitor and report on progress towards the project's timelines and goals.
- Refine goal, guidelines, action steps, and timelines for projects as needed. Oversee project execution, ensuring that all aspects are in line with the scope, budget, and timeline.
- Provide clear guidance and direction to project teams on tasks and deliverables.
- Develop and implement detailed project plans to track progress and keep stakeholders informed. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients and all stakeholders. Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Experience:
- 8-10 years of relevant professional work experience
- Proven track record in managing large-scale, data-centric project for large enterprises.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of engaging senior stakeholders and guiding cross-functional teams.
- Experience in change management and driving operational improvements through technology.
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve project goals.
