Senior Staff Accountant with strong experience in sales and use tax to join their dynamic team. This hybrid position offers the perfect balance of flexibility, with 3 days onsite in their modern office and 2 days remote.
Senior Staff Accountant Responsibilities: - Handle month-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare and review sales and use tax filings across multiple states
- Assist with general ledger maintenance and ensure accuracy in financial reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support audits and tax compliance
- Provide support on special projects and process improvements
Senior Staff Accountant Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 3+ years of accounting experience, with a focus on sales and use tax
- Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
