About the Role Hiring a senior product designer to join our team and focus on design for our core product. This role involves working on projects ranging from our real-time collaborative editor to managing the onboarding flow for tens of thousands of new users. Beyond owning multiple projects and products at a time, you'll collaborate with the overall design team on revamping our information architecture. brand, and design system.
Day-to-day, you'll participate in project planning, conduct user research, and engage in hands-on design work. You'll also contribute to design-specific projects and play a crucial role in establishing and nurturing the design culture at Replo. Your responsibilities - Lead design initiatives for our core product, the Replo editor
- Create, collaborate, and iterate on user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Conduct user interviews with designers and marketing teams across hundreds of D2C brands and cutting-edge e-commerce agencies
- Help shape Replo's design practices and design voice as we continue to scale
- Hold a strong design perspective and deep care for our product - and use that to speak out when you see something that you don't agree with
- Hopefully have fun working with us
Looking for someone who: - Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of design experience ideally with 2+ years working on web-based products
- Has strong visual taste and style
- Is comfortable managing multiple UX projects at once
- Can collaborate and communicate effectively with our team and our customers
- Is an expert in using Figma and has a passion for design tools and what they can unlock
- Is a scrappy self-starter, and can own the E2E design process without the support of a large org
- Is self-motivated and can roll with the punches in a fast-paced environment where priorities and requirements may change frequently
- Is 100% product and customer-obsessed (and can show it!)
Bonus points if you: - Have started a company before
- Know how to code and have experience working with engineers
- Have a background using great low-code tools like Webflow, Squarespace, etc
- Have a background in marketing automation/AI products
- Have worked at an early-stage (seed/Series A) company before
- Are comfortable (and enjoy) working somewhere where things may change daily
The salary range for this position is $130,000 to 160,0000. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
