This job is located in Warroad, MN.  If you're considering relocating to Warroad, you may be eligible for a relocation benefit package to assist with your move. Highlights of your role:

• BI System Administration : Administer and maintain the Visier BI system, ensuring data accuracy, system performance, and user support.
• Generate Insights : Analyze complex people data to identify trends and patterns that drive strategic decisions.
• Support Employee Listening : Enhance our employee listening program by managing employee surveys and delivering actionable insights.
• Data Governance : Manage data governance policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Build strong relationships with Marvin team members at every stakeholder level (senior, director, manager) to understand their needs and deliver superior service.

Compensation: $81,000 to $108,000 annually You're a good fit if you have (or if you can):

• Exceptional Analytical and Problem-solving Skills : Proven ability to interpret complex data and identify trends and patterns.
• Advanced Data Proficiency : Comfort with leveraging a wide variety of complex data sources and advanced Excel skills.
• Data Management Experience : Experience creating, managing and enforcing data governance policies and procedures.
• Effective Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights.
• Project Management Excellence : Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects and programs with strong organizational skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in business intelligence platforms/visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Visier, OneModel) or other system administration.
• Experience: Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years’ experience as an HR People Analytics Analyst (or similar role), demonstrating a strong understanding of HR processes and practices.
• Relationship Development: A track record of delivering superior service and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
