Senior Manager, Security Incident Response at Autodesk in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Job Requisition ID # 24WD83774 Position Overview Autodesk's Cyber Threat Management & Response team is seeking a collaborative security leader with experience in incident response and security operations.?You will lead a global, 247 team responsible for investigating and mitigating security incidents that impact all Autodesk properties.?As part of this role, the candidate will provide technical expertise and leadership throughout all phases of the security incident lifecycle. This role is critical to our success, requiring regular partnership across our Product teams, Compliance, Legal, and Human Resources. This position offers flexibility, allowing for remote work anywhere in the United States, or hybrid if located near an Autodesk site. Responsibilities + Manage all facets of a global team of security analysts and incident handlers who provide 24/7/365 alert triage, security incident response, and digital forensics + Lead security crisis management and executive notifications for critical escalations + Assist with the development of processes and procedures to improve security operations functions, incident response times, and incident analysis + Effectively communicate security concepts with both technical and non-technical individuals + Mentor and provide career development of threat and response staff + Develop and deliver long term roadmap strategies + Research industry trends, identify ongoing security threats, analyze new security testing tools, and provide recommendations on the need and usefulness of services and/or products Minimum Qualifications + Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or related field + 4-5+ years of management experience related to security operations work experience (monitoring, detection, incident response, forensics), security architecture, or engineering + Excellent written and verbal communications, including storytelling skills, are important to be successful in this role + Knowledge of current advanced adversary TTP's and experience responding to ATP attacks + Proven ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization, as well as with external parties + Experience with various security tooling ranging from EDR to SIEM and SOAR + Managers of consultative/advisory Professional roles + Manages work primarily through managerial staff and are typically responsible for a mix of multiple related teams and senior-level (advanced/expert) individual professionals To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
