We’re looking for a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to take the lead on SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K), partner with executive leadership, and help shape the financial narrative of a growing company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong GAAP foundation, an analytical mindset, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly. What You’ll Do: Prepare and review SEC filings with precision and timeliness Ensure accuracy in XBRL tagging and support investor-facing reporting Stay current on evolving GAAP/SEC standards and translate them into practice Partner with auditors and cross-functional teams for SOX compliance Contribute to monthly close and assist with technical accounting initiatives What You Bring: Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance 3+ years in accounting, with SEC or financial reporting experience Strong Excel skills; experience with SAP or Active Disclosure a plus Clear communicator, highly organized, and deadline-driven This role is ideal for someone ready to step into more visibility, ownership, and complexity in financial reporting—without sacrificing work-life balance.
