🌿 Senior Ecological Project Manager – Houston, TX 🌿
We’re partnering with a well-established, employee-owned consulting firm that’s expanding its ecological practice in Houston. This is an opportunity to step into a senior leadership role where you’ll combine technical expertise, client development, and mentorship to help shape the future of the practice.

What we’re looking for:
✅ B.S./M.S. in Ecology, Biology, Environmental Science, or related field
✅ 15+ years of experience in areas like aquatic ecology, T&E species consultation, environmental permitting, or ecological restoration
✅ Strong client relationships and proven business development ability
✅ Experience working with federal/state regulators (USACE, USFWS, EPA, TCEQ, etc.)
✅ Ability to provide senior-level technical leadership and staff mentoring
Bonus skills (not required, but a plus):
🌎 Professional Wetland Scientist (PWS) certification
🌎 GIS proficiency
🌎 NEPA/FERC project experience
