Our Team Our team operates across offices in Antwerp, Ghent, and Brussels (Diegem). Your Key Responsibilities Conduct various sustainability audits and internal audits focusing on sustainability topics and KPIs across the EU, under the guidance of the lead auditor. Assist clients on their sustainability journey, including strategy development, implementation, reporting, and the creation of sustainability strategy plans. Perform analyses related to CSRD, EU Taxonomy, CS3D, GHG, circular economy, and other relevant legislation and trends at both national and international levels. Contribute to the growth of EY’s expanding sustainability branch by actively seeking new market opportunities and assisting in business development. Your Profile Hold a master’s degree, preferably in environmental sciences, engineering, chemistry, sustainable development, finance, or economics; other fields of study will also be considered. Have initial experience in performing verifications or audits, or in a relevant ESG-related field. Possess knowledge of CSRD (Corporate Social Responsibility Directive) and the EU Taxonomy. Demonstrate a passion for sustainability and related topics. Exhibit strong analytical skills, a data-driven mindset, and a passion for improving processes with a critical approach. Understand the value of enhancing organizational performance through audits and verifications. Work autonomously and proactively contribute to networking and prospecting efforts within a growing team.
