**Job Title:** Senior Litigation Associate

**Location:** New York City

**Salary:** $350k - $400k

A well-established law firm in New York City is seeking an experienced Senior
Litigation Associate to join our team. We value excellence, industry

**Position Overview:**

The ideal candidate will bring at least 7 years of experience in complex
commercial litigation, including drafting pleadings, managing discovery,
conducting depositions, and representing clients in court. Strong analytical,
research, and writing skills are essential, along with the ability to work
independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage litigation cases from inception through resolution
* Draft legal documents and oversee discovery processes
* Conduct depositions and represent clients in court
* Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality legal services

**Qualifications:**

* Minimum 7 years of experience in commercial litigation
* Admission to the New York State Bar
* Deep understanding of procedural and substantive law
* Experience with contract disputes and business torts is preferred
