Job Description:

• Approve all incoming visitors.
• Manage visitor control systems.
• Print/issue company badges and onboarding requirements processes.
• Perform access control functions for employees and visitors.
• Control access to spaces, ensuring authorized personnel, visitors, and vendors only.
• Manage training records.
• Monitor live/recorded security camera system.
• Assist with implementation of security policies and procedures.
• Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies.
• Maintain the strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED Required
• Basic computer skills
• Must be reliable and have a strong work ethic
• Required to stay current with all training and certifications
• Strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal and written communication.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
• This position requires that the candidate selected be a U.S. citizen and must be eligible to possess and maintain an active Secret security clearance.

• Security clearance
• Years of Experience Required (if any): Preferably one year

• High school diploma.
