Job Description

Position will be remote. Program will allow candidates who are within the state (Any location within the State of Texas).

Configuring security systems, analyzing security requirements, and recommending improvements. Monitoring network traffic for suspicious behavior. Creating network policies and authorization roles and defending against unauthorized access, modifications, and destruction.

• CLIENT requires the services of a PeopleSoft Financials PeopleSoft Security Administrator.

• The Security Administrator will be part of a dedicated CAPPS HCM upgrade project team.

• The core duties include identifying security changes due to the major system upgrade, presenting analysis and documenting, implementing, testing, and troubleshooting security changes. Additional duties include fluid navigation design and other supporting project activities as needs arise in documentation, system testing, and other tasks as an internal support team member.

• Must demonstrate and excel in communicating and working with a diverse team with collaboration tools competently in a remote work environment.

• Also, the candidate must be able to estimate work, set deadlines, and communicate effectively.

  CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  Minimum Requirements:

  Skills:

• 8 YearsRequiredExperience as a PeopleSoft Security Administrator on PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) on implementation or upgrade projects

• 8 YearsRequiredExperience working with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Employee & Manager Self-Service and Time and Labor

• 8 YearsRequiredExperience working with PeopleSoft fluid and work center security

• 8 YearsRequiredExperience in identifying requirements and creating formal documents for key business stakeholders and SMEs

• 8 YearsRequiredExperience in conducting formal work sessions and analysis presentations

• 8 YearsRequired(at least 4) Experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)

• 8 YearsRequired(at least 2) Experience with MS Teams and Channel communication with a large team

• 4 YearsPreferredExperience working with a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government)

• 2 YearsPreferredExperience working with the Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS HCM

• 2 YearsPreferredExperience with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE)

• 2 YearsPreferredExperience with SharePoint

• 1 YearsPreferredExperience with Jira

• 1 YearsPreferredExperience working with the Scrum framework
