Job Description

Overview: Has multiple squads working within FILI working across multiple products in the Annuities and Term Life Insurance spaces (i.e. Account opening), all being migrated to AWS cloud. Each squad, Agile Spotify Model, has a single QA Engineer dedicated responsible for all test phases (UI, API, SQL, ETL regression suites). Some squads are further along with their test automation, others are in beginning stages. The scope for all is to assess current automation state and strategy, understand what test cases are needed, what can be automated, with the goal being as much automation as possible. Need is for 5 Lead QA Engineers (2 approved, 2 awaiting funding), all located in Raleigh, NC Tech stack: Cypress, REST Assured, Selenium, Cucumber, BDD, AWS, Python, Jenkins Role Notes: Cypress is ideal, but if a candidate comes from a Selenium background and has Cucumber, understands BDD, that is okay API testing needed, REST Assured ideal SQL validation and troubleshooting. Will not be responsible for writing any scripts or procedures from scratch, but if there is an issue, being able to trace that back to basic JOINS and operators to pull the appropriate data. ETL validation testing, evaluating batch jobs, source and target to determine whether data going into the pipeline routes to the correct target location and has not been compromised. Data being routed from on-prem to cloud (S3, DynamoDB) Using Python primarily for ETL test automation and data migration, but not a hard requirement. Need cloud knowledge, basic cloud storage (S3, cloud databases) and testing of cloud hosted applications. AWS is ideal, but will consider someone with an Azure/GCP background Leveraging shared

pipelines and Github for source control.
