Scrum Master job at System One Ashburn, VA, US

Job Description

Scrum Master Contractor Work Model: Remote Pay Rate: Open to Both C2C and W2 options Position Type: Multiyear Contract Requirements:

Significant Scrum Master experience, as well as strong fundamentals in advanced scrum team analytics, using project management tools like Azure DevOps
Significant experience leading agile development teams and facilitating delivery in an Agile environment
A minimum of 7 years+ years experience as a dedicated Scrum Master working for a large enterprise
A minimum of 15 years of total experience in a project environment as a PM or a project team member, with at least half of that experience in in large enterprises
Active CSM Certification (SAFe Scrum Master preferred)
Experience with strategic communication and execution a plus

Desired, not required:

Experience running agile teams in the Enterprise Security space
Financial industry project experience
