Scrum Master
100% Remote

Essential Job Duties:

• Help ensure the team follows Agile best practices and product development processes
• Facilitate and schedule Agile and SAFe events including Daily Stand Up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement
• Contribute and assist with the organization of Program Increments as well as the Program Increment Planning events
• Ability to identify team problems proactively and find resolutions
• Collaborate with Product team to ensure team execution and performance are aligned with business objectives
• Coordinate with other Scrum Masters on solutions and delivery timelines
• Capability to serve as Scrum Master for up to two scrum teams
• Remove team impediments by working with other members in the organization to find solutions
• Collaborate with Product Development leadership to build an agile culture within the teams
• Create and update reporting and analytics on the scrum teams

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, information systems, or other related disciplines
• 2+ years experience serving in a Scrum Master role
• 2+ years experience working with the Software Development Life Cycle
• Experience working with application lifecycle management software (Jira/Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.)
• Strong communications skills and soft skills

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Preferred:

• Scrum certifications (CSM, CSPO, SAFe SSM, or comparable)
• Background in application development
• Capable of working autonomously
