Salesforce Business Analyst / Administrator

Hybrid Role - Onsite 3 days per week in Vinings, GA

Perm Position (No Sponsorship)

Salesforce Business Analyst / Administrator Responsibilities:

• Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business objectives into Salesforce solutions
• Facilitate requirements gathering; document functional, technical, reporting, and data requirements; create user stories and maintain project artifacts following Agile Scrum methodologies
• Coordinate integration of Salesforce with external systems (ERPs, CRMs, marketing platforms, third-party apps) ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment
• Develop and deliver user training programs; support user adoption and ongoing usage
• Build reports and dashboards to drive visibility and engagement within Salesforce
• Manage custom configurations and setups supporting applications built with the LWC framework
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver impactful and scalable solutions that meet evolving business needs

Salesforce Business Analyst / Administrator Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis, requirements gathering, and user story development (Agile and waterfall)
• At least 8 years specifically gathering requirements and supporting custom applications on the Salesforce Lightning Cloud Platform
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to facilitate workshops, document business requirements, and translate into actionable solutions
• Hands-on experience in data quality management within Salesforce; Excel VLOOKUP skills
• Skilled in requirement gathering illustration tools like Figma

Salesforce Business Analyst / Administrator Preferred Experience:

• Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, and third-party app implementations/integrations
• Strong technical skills: Salesforce APIs, Apex Programming, Flows, LWC, SOQL, metadata updates, and data import/export
• Proven track record leading large digital transformation projects and multi-vendor environments

The annual salary for this position is dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). *Note: Disclosure as required by the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (CO), NYC Pay Transparency Law, and sb5761 (WA)
