LEAD GENERATOR / SALES REP!!!! $25 hourly+ Commissions

L ocal Central Valley Water Filtration Company is looking for a hard working Sales Rep, Closers and Door Knockers !!!!

Role Description

This is a $25/hr +commision position for appointment setter / Sales Representatives at Clean Valley Water in Merced, CA and surrounding areas . The Sales Representative/ app setter will be responsible for searching and visiting potential customers, explaining the benefits of Clean Valley Water products, demonstrating product features, and closing sales deals.

Commission sales reps make anywhere from 100,000 to 300,000. Explosive growth in this industry, the central valley has the worst water in the nation. Help people get clean water and help yourself by taking advantage of this large market and making phenomenal income. We will help with strategies , areas to work, and can provide leads want someone gets up and running and shows they are a closer. Must have a great transparent personality.

We are searching for Sales Representatives/app setters who are eager to learn about water system sales and start their careers in order to light the sales spark. We make sure that top performers are rewarded because we want the best of the best.

About the job:

There is NO commission limit, this is a position without a limit on how much you can earn. The sky's the limit here at Clean Valley Water. We offer an hourly rate of $25 + commisions

Clean Valley Water will teach you about our products so previous knowledge is not necessary. However what is necessary is that you have the desire, discipline and dedication to make those sales. We are a small local company and it is important that you have an entrepreneurial mindset!

Skills and Required Qualifications:

• Selling Door to Door and doing presentations for homeowners is a MUST

• Must be willing to sell inside leads

• You must look presentable

• Following up with clients and providing excellent customer service

• A reliable form of transportation (Must have drivers license and must have vehicle,)

• Pass background check

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem solving, and organizational abilities

• STRONG verbal and written communication skills.

• Must be able to work independently, with minimal supervision, however you will download a tracking app.

• Strong ability to take initiative and confidently direct customer interactions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Sales and customer service experience with a proven record of achieving high sales volume and customer satisfaction, preferred

• Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferred

• Working with warm leads to gain new and existing business, preferred

• Strong negotiation skills, preferred

• Deadline and detail-oriented, preferred
