Job Summary

Florida Defensive Training is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will generate leads, attract new clients, and close deals. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, and a strong desire to close deals. 

Responsibilities 

• Attend shows and events to close sales
• Meet or exceed designated sales targets
• Create and implement an effective sales strategy
• Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) program
• Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in outside sales
• Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A positive attitude and the ability to be persistent

Preferred experience

• Experience in self-defense, martial arts, firearms training (preferred)
