You will receive training to develop your sales expertise while supporting customers in selecting the right parts solutions for their needs.The Sales Coordinator - Parts will be responsible for managing existing accounts, providing technical support to customers, and assisting with parts initiatives and sales strategiesKey Responsibilities:Create quotations for replacement parts and kits.Ability to learn product Bill of Materials.Drive sales.Communicate continually with customers and prospects to keep them informed of quote progress.Drive for additional product and services scope as part of standard customer quote engagement.Track and follow up on open opportunities and quotations.Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment on objectives.Resolve all customer issues and complaints in a timely manner and follow up to ensure resolution and satisfaction.Interface with vendors, principals, and customers through phone, email, and other forms of communication.Work with Sales team to support Parts initiatives and sales strategies.Ability to convert a quote to an order and create and send a purchase order to a supplier.Assist Business Operations to ensure we hold the right inventory.Job Requirements:High School Diploma required.
