Job Description

To maintain the highest standards possible for the guest by insuring quick, accurate, efficient, and professional service.

Responsibilities

• Must have complete knowledge of service time, menu, and specials
• Prepare, deliver and service orders while following Omni standards
• Always inquire if additional service is needed
• Responsible for method of payment for each check entered using MICROS point of sale
• Complete all side duties as assigned both opening and closing
• Maintain presentation of display case and keep cooler restocked; minimize breakage
• Attend designated staff meetings and training sessions
• Prepares requisition for following day and communicates needs to chef and purchasing
• Responsible for pre-bussing dirty dishes from tables and marinating cleanliness of Caf, pool swimming area, and terrace; responsible for setup of tables in caf and terrace
• Responsible for keys and GM card ensuring keys are returned as associate leaves for day
• Responsible for walking fitness center every half hour that rooftop caf is open
• Maintain presentation of Gym and Fitness Facilities and keep cooler stocked with cold towels, bottled water, and infused water.
• Maintain Pool Deck and Chairs, including clean towels, chilled towels, infused water station.
• Prepare and open the rooftop caf including lights, music, patio tables and chairs, umbrellas, pool deck chairs and umbrellas
• Offer and promote guest spritzing, sunglass cleaning, and other assorted experience enhancers
• Follow and maintain the Forbes Standards with all guest experience.

Qualifications

• Enforcement and knowledge of local liquor laws
• Must have alcohol training certification (TABC) and food handlers training certification
• Must become winequest certified
• Be able to ring up orders through micros
• Previous experience in a fast-paced working environment preferred
• Prior experience cashing handling preferred
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends and holidays
