Position at UCHealth: UCHlth Med Ctr of the Rockies, Loveland, CO

Department: MCR Medical Progressive Care

Work Schedule: Full Time, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Nights

Pay: $35.29 - $54.71 / hour (based on relevant experience)

This is an onsite position; hybrid or remote work is not available.

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited or state board approved Registered Nursing program if less than 3 years of experience.
• Valid state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification, among any other relevant life support certifications.
• At least 6 months of nursing (RN) experience.
• BLS certification must be current through sixty days of hire.

Progressive Care Fellowship: This program provides experienced nurses new to Critical Care with a four-phased orientation based on AACN's ECCO® resources. It includes simulation-based learning, a multi-system approach, and knowledge verification throughout each phase.

Progressive Care Unit Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in a technically advanced Progressive Care Unit (PCU).
• Implement evidence-based care models, including AACN’s Synergy Model.
• Receive ongoing specialized education and competency validation from Clinical Educators during orientation.
