Residential Sales RepresentativeClearwave Fiber | Full-Time | Field-Based | $2,000 Sign-On Bonus

- Target earnings of $68.8K+, Unlock your earning potential with uncapped commission
- Paid training and onboarding (Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM for your first two weeks)

What You’ll Need to Succeed
- A self-starter mindset – you're motivated and proactive
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – you're confident, approachable, and a natural connector
- Physical stamina – this is an active role, often outdoors
- Comfort with mobile tech tools (Must have a mobile phone with access to apps for selling in the field.)
- Reliable transportation to get to and around your territory
- Must be 18 or older
- No prior sales experience required — we’ll train the right people
