Responsibilities

Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns for residential properties.

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the residential sector.

Collaborate with the marketing team to produce promotional materials and collateral.

Organize and coordinate events and open houses to promote residential listings.

Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.

Prepare reports on marketing performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital marketing practices.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
