PRIMARY PURPOSE :

Responsible for driving sales and achieving profit targets across AHF Crossville Studios' Residential, Commercial, and Outdoor product lines in North and Northeast Texas. Delivering exceptional customer service, you will represent, service, and sell Crossville Studios' comprehensive product range, including Porcelain Tile, Specialty Tiles, Natural Stone, Hardwood Flooring, Luxury Vinyl, and Allied Products. Upholding the company's core values, you will collaborate closely within the team to ensure organizational standards are met and to collectively achieve objectives. Your role encompasses all aspects of sales within the Commercial, Residential, and Outdoor segments, from lead generation through to closing deals. You will devise and execute approved marketing strategies aligned with personal and business objectives. Working collaboratively with sales and support teams, your focus will be on enhancing customer satisfaction, driving revenue growth, and achieving long-term account goals in line with the company's vision and values.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Qualified individuals must have the ability (with or without reasonable accommodation) to perform the following duties:

  • Collaborate with Regional Managers and team members to develop and implement sales strategies focused on Commercial A&D, Commercial Contractors, Retailers, and Outdoor segments, ensuring consistent achievement of sales and profit goals for the territory.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with targeted Architectural Firms, Commercial Contractors, Retailers, and Pool Builders within the geographic market to expand market presence and strengthen partnerships with key contacts.
  • Set up and manage accounts such as Architectural libraries, flooring retailers, and outdoor design centers with Crossville Studios' product offerings, including displays, samples, and marketing materials, while conducting product knowledge presentations.
  • Participate actively in territory-specific networking groups and events to enhance industry presence and foster relationships beneficial to business objectives.
  • Utilize CRM (HubSpot) daily to track activities, opportunities, and next steps, ensuring effective management of sales pipeline and customer interactions.
  • Work collaboratively with Regional Sales Manager and team members to devise and execute sales strategies that exceed sales and profit targets for the territory.
  • Partner with the Regional Sales Manager to identify Key End-users and their affiliated A&D firms, General Contractors, and flooring contractors, cultivating long-term, account-based relationships in the market.
  • Collaborate proactively with team members to develop and secure project specifications, leveraging market intelligence and CRM data to drive awareness and manage accounts effectively.
  • Attend industry organizations and events (e.g., IIDA, A4LE, IFMA, AIA, USGBC, NEWH) to stay informed of industry trends and developments, enhancing professional network and market knowledge.
  • Maintain Project Registrations, manage commercial and residential pipelines, and participate in regular pipeline management meetings to ensure accurate forecasting and goal achievement.
  • Identify and pursue regional and national accounts as part of strategic account development planning, contributing to overall business growth objectives.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports, including call reports, weekly updates, pipeline sales reports, and expense reports, to Sales Management to facilitate informed decision-making and strategy adjustments.
  • Participate in scheduled territory reviews with Sales Management on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to review performance metrics, discuss challenges and opportunities, and align strategies.
  • Consistently meet or exceed established sales goals, demonstrating a proven track record of sales growth and the ability to identify buying signals and close deals effectively.

  • Strong follow-through skills, ensuring commitments and tasks are completed thoroughly and on time.
  • Proficient in preparing and delivering formal presentations of Crossville products, services, and company strengths to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively conveying ideas and information in group settings or one-on-one interactions, and adept at composing and analyzing reports.
  • Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, representing Crossville Studios with integrity and professionalism.
  • Willingness to perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned or required to support team objectives and business needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ sales experience (preferable in flooring or related construction field)
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Good interpersonal skills in dealing with customers and clients

TRAVEL

  • Some Travel is required for this role.
    • North and Northeast Texas Primarily but additional travel to other areas of the country for trade shows, plant tours and meetings will be required.
