A respected national law firm is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Counsel to join its remote team. The role involves managing employment-related claims, responding to administrative charges, and providing strategic advice to clients across various industries. Remote Labor & Employment Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of employment litigation, from intake through resolution.
• Respond to administrative agency charges and attorney demand letters, including drafting position statements and related submissions.
• Conduct early case evaluations and provide strategic recommendations.
• Draft pleadings, discovery responses, and settlement agreements as needed.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and internal teams to ensure efficient case management.

Remote Labor & Employment Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of employment law experience, including litigation and administrative charge defense.
• Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws.
• Excellent legal writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Licensed and in good standing in your state of residence.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a national team.
