Job Description
We're a small, Real Estate Investment company based in Durham, NC, and we're on the hunt for a motivated "Go-Getter" to join our Sales Team. If you're someone who loves talking to people and wants to use your skills to make big money (and a big impact), this might be the perfect fit for you!
In this role, you'll get to flex your sales and negotiation muscles while working closely with our Sales Manager to generate leads and close deals. We're looking for someone who takes full ownership of their sales numbers and doesn't need constant check-ins. You should know exactly what drives you, your goals, and how much income you want to generate. Remember, you eat what you kill!
We want an A-Player who’s excited to join a top-performing team. You'll need to be relentless and resourceful, always finding a way to overcome any hurdles in your path. Plus, if you're a team player who might be interested in leading a team someday, that's a huge bonus!

- Working Hours: 9am to 7pm Monday through Friday; 9am to 2pm 1st & 3rd Saturday of the month
