Role Overview:
As a Remote Real Estate Investment Loan Broker, you will become an Authorized Broker, responsible for offering our investment loan products to clients. You'll play a key role in guiding clients through the loan application process and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Become knowledgeable about our loan products and services.
- Assist customers through every step of the loan application process.
- Submit loan applications and supporting documentation accurately.
- Build and nurture referral networks to identify potential loan prospects.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to foster long-term client relationships and repeat business.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in mortgage and finance is highly desirable.
- Understanding of financial and lending practices.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships.
- Experience in managing a pipeline or portfolio effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
