The Q H S E Manager ( North America) is responsible for leading Cimcorp’s Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment ( Q H S E) efforts across North American operations, ensuring alignment with global standards and local compliance requirements. This role drives the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of an integrated Q H S E management system, supporting Cimcorp’s strategic objectives in customer satisfaction, safety, and environmental stewardship. Focused on ensuring compliance with I S O standards ( I S O 9001, I S O 45001, and I S O 14001), corporate responsibility requirements and regulatory requirements, the Q H S E Manager manages audits, safety incident and non-conformance reporting, corrective actions, and training initiatives to foster a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement. In collaboration with the global Q H S E team, harmonizes local practices with Cimcorp’s global Q H S E framework in the North American entities, contributing to the organization’s strategic Q H S E objectives and operational excellence. Must have a Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business Administration, Health & Safety, Quality Management or related field. Qualified I S O 9001 and/or 45001 lead auditor (preferred). Minimum of five (5) years proven experience in Q H S E management and development in an international business environment. Preferred work experience from project or industrial organizations. Familiarity with international quality, health, safety, and environmental management system standards and regulations (essential). O S H A 30 or 60 certification (preferred). Must have strong knowledge of quality and safety tools and principles, O H S risk assessment and Q H S E auditing. Understanding of project and/or service business fundamentals and customer awareness of tire, grocery, and retail (preferred). Must work well alone and be self-driven (essential). Strong data analysis, documentation and reporting skills (essential). Demonstrated facilitation and auditing skills (essential). Negotiation and problem solving skills (essential).
