Starting Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 | Full-Time
1st shift - 6am - 3pm
Food Industry Experience Needed
We’re seeking an experienced Quality Supervisor/Lead, that is looking to progress into a Quality Manager, you will lead Food Safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance in our manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all Quality and Food Safety programs including HACCP, BRC, and Sanitation
Lead audit readiness for third-party inspections
Supervise QA Technicians and ensure staffing, training, and performance standards
Manage Environmental Monitoring, Hold & Release, and Document Control programs
Investigate consumer complaints and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Act as primary liaison with sanitation vendors and chemical suppliers
Support gluten-free, MSC/ASC, and labeling compliance programs
Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Food Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years in Quality leadership in food manufacturing
HACCP and PCQI certification required
Strong knowledge of BRC, GFSI, FDA regulations
Experience with 3rd party audits and QA systems
Excellent communication, organization, and Microsoft Office skills
