We are seeking an enthusiastic Public Relations and Communications Assistant to become an integral part of our expanding event marketing team . Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams and maintain open lines of communication with senior management to ensure that communication strategies align with organizational goals.

• Organize and promote community events , acting as the spokesperson to increase engagement and raise brand visibility.

• Build and nurture relationships with customers, communicating the company’s promotional services , and serving as a liaison between the organization and the public.

• Develop and execute community-based PR strategies and campaigns that drive brand awareness and visibility.

• Foster positive relationships with consumers, community organizations, employees, and public interest groups to enhance the company’s brand image.

• Coach client representatives on effective communication strategies to improve brand representation.

• Analyze company objectives , promotional policies, and communication needs to craft PR strategies that influence public opinion and promote company services.

• Maintain and enhance the organization’s image and identity through targeted communications designed to resonate with specific audiences.

• Work closely with the Operations Director to assess market trends and advertising effectiveness, ensuring alignment with public relations goals.

Qualifications:

• Preferred but not required : Experience in community relations , sales , or public relations .

• Strong ability to build rapport with community members and engage with diverse audiences.

• Excellent organizational skills , with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Positive, professional demeanor and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
