Join Our Team

Kreps PR & Marketing, a dynamic public relations and marketing firm, is seeking an Account Executive with real estate or luxury lifestyle experience. This role requires 3+ years in public relations or a similar corporate position. The Account Executive will develop and execute PR strategies, manage client accounts, and serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients. Strong communication, customer service, and business acumen are essential. Salary is based on experience.

Responsibilities

Client Management

• Schedule and lead client calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Provide agendas, reports, and action summaries.
• Attending client meetings and events.

Content Creation

• Draft press releases, blogs, fact sheets, and other materials.
• Develop client presentations and reports with actionable insights.

Media Relations

• Distribute press releases and coordinate with media outlets.
• Identify events and awards that align with client goals.

Research and Strategy

• Monitor industry trends and provide relevant updates.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and strategic planning.

Project Oversight

• Track client hours to avoid over- or under-servicing.
• Address project challenges and communicate updates to management.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of PR experience, ideally in an agency or corporate setting.

Skills

• Strong written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
