We are currently seeking a Part-Time Clerk (PT Clerk) to join our team and assist in the daily administrative operations of our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, and providing support to our staff and clients. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and maintain database records
• Assist with the organization and filing of documents
• Provide administrative support to staff members as needed
• Respond to phone calls and emails in a professional manner
• Assist with event coordination and scheduling
• Prepare reports and documents as required
• Ensure a positive and helpful atmosphere for clients and visitors

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
• Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
• Friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with clients and staff
