Responsibilities

•Coordinate and oversee all maintenance and property service operations within your assigned portfolio
•Serve as the primary liaison between residents, vendors, and the property management team
•Ensure that all service requests are handled in a timely and efficient manner
•Track and manage work orders, ensuring completion of tasks within established timelines
•Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing responsive and effective communication
•Collaborate with vendors to schedule and supervise maintenance work
•Assist with property inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. You should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.

While previous experience in property management or maintenance coordination is a plus, it is not required. Strong customer service skills are essential, with the ability to professionally handle resident inquiries. A basic understanding of property maintenance and repairs would be beneficial, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team is crucial.
