Property Operations Administrator
CFS has partnered with our client located in Stamford to help identify their new Property Operations Administrator. This person is responsible for coordinating property construction and operations related activities across the portfolio.

Responsibilities: - Assist with collecting and reviewing all tenant construction plans, work letters, lease terms, and local/applicable regulations.
- Assist with preparing project budgets and anticipated cost reports throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in the review and selection of architects, engineers, contractors, and/or additional third-party vendors.
- Coordinate and attend state/city/municipal government approval and pre-construction meetings.
- Prepare, review, and submit all materials relating to permit applications, approvals, licenses, etc.
- Communicate and enforce vendor/contractor insurance compliance requirements.
- Assist with compiling detailed reports pertaining to capital projects, delivery requirements, deadlines, expense reporting and turnover to tenants.
- Issue communications to tenants and respond to all questions/requests in a timely matter.
- Work with tenants and third party vendors to resolve property maintenance concerns.
- Coordinate with Leasing to arrange walk-throughs, inspections, and procure lease up documentation.
- Coordinate with Asset Management to ensure tenant insurance requirements are met and consistently updated.
Desired Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent,
- 2 years of experience in property or construction management.
- Solid understanding commercial retail property operations, lease administration and financial reporting.
This position is full-time onsite in Stamford, CT. This role offers up to $70,000-$85,000 depending on experience. Creative Financial Staffing
