Unbridled is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. If you have a passion for relationships, problem-solving, and proactive collaboration, this is a great opportunity for you! Successful candidates will be extremely self-motivated, driven, committed, and dedicated to their team and clients. They will be flexible to manage many types and sizes of programs with different client personalities. They will also have the ability to work independently while adopting Unbridled’s budgeting, contracting, planning, and financial process. Position has growth potential to advance to Sr. Project Manager level. Successful candidates will have the following: 

  • 4+ years of meeting or event planning experience
  • Experience with in-person and virtual events (hybrid event experience a plus) 
  • Hotel contract management experience
  • Full service pre-event and on-site planning:
    • Menu and décor planning
    • Liaison to multiple vendors
    • AV/Production liaison
    • Creative & content management
    • Attendee registration
    • Rooming list management
    • Transportation/manifest management
    • Other vendor sourcing and contract negotiation
    • On-site operation including staff and vendor management
  • Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Database Management)
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with clients, vendors, etc.
  • Strong ability to stay on task and meet multiple deadlines and deliverables simultaneously
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Comfortable learning new technology 
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift/move boxes as needed
  • Ability to travel 5-7 days per month (on average), actual travel varies based on client requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry Affiliations – MPI, PCMA, SITE, others
  • Pharmaceutical meeting planning experience 

What you would be doing at Unbridled: 

  • Learn, understand, and display a clear understanding of our full suite of services 
  • Full-service Meeting Planning to include:
    • Building and managing Unbridled’s relationship with the client
    • Liaison to other Unbridled departments and subcontracted partners responsible for executing different program elements including creative, production, gifting, travel, registration
    • Detailed timeline management including all program elements
    • Hotel contract management
    • Pre-event planning:
      • Menu and décor planning
      • Liaison to multiple vendors
      • AV/Production liaison
      • Attendee registration
      • Rooming list management
      • Transportation/manifest management
  • Other vendor sourcing and contract negotiation
  • On-site program management
    • Oversee all aspects of program
    • Act as the primary client contact responsible for providing excellent service and managing changes throughout
    • Manage contract travel director(s) and on-site team
  • Financial Accountability to include budget management and program reconciliation
  • Create online program resume within Unbridled template
  • Communication with clients at all levels of organizations, written and conversational
  • Plan and conduct site inspections/planning trips with clients and other team members
  • Travel 5-7 days per month (on average, actual travel varies based on client requirements)
