Salary: $65,000

Our client, an industry leading home remodeling company in Newton , is looking for a Project Manager to join their growing team!

Pay: $65,000+ depending on experience

Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

• On-site management of residential carpentry and remodeling projects
• Coordination of job specs, plans, and change orders
• Management of sub-contractors including assigning of work, scheduling, supervision and communication
• Manage inventory of materials prior to the start of each job and communicate any delays that may affect production schedule
• Responsible for safety/security of residential properties through completion of the project
• Handle all client communication including pre-construction conferences, QC assessments, collection of progress and final payments
• Organize, plan and compose production schedules for subcontractors
• Attend production team meetings

Qualifications and Experience of the Project Manager:

• 3-5 years of Project Management (Residential preferred)
• Construction Supervisor License (Preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills with clients
• Able to perform and analyze financial calculations
• Ability to provide own carpentry tools would be a plus
• Computer and online proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Gmail, and Zoho CRM is a plus but not required
• Strong attention to detail and be able to manage multiple projects at once
