Position Title: Production Supervisor – 3rd Shift
Wage: $74,000-$78,000 per year
Shift: 3rd
Hours: 11:00pm – 7:00am

Production Supervisor Responsibilities: - Interpret the demand of production, implementing and managing daily execution of the production schedule through delegation and time management
- Report inventory monthly, using FIFO “first in first out” rotation
- Implement proper storage practices and maintain adequate levels of inventory for production requirements
- Complete various reports and verify production numbers
- Manage team to include hiring, training and development, performance management, setting weekly schedules, managing timecards and planning team workload
- Ensure all team members and trained and practicing GMPs, and are SQF and HACCP compliant
- Work alongside team members to assist with daily production and provide on the job training and support
- Develop a sound understanding of GMPs, SQF, HACCP, and OSHA
- Maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for all processes / equipment, ensuring compliance
- Provide seasonal support and guidance to retail and production teams for preparation, baking, decoration, and packaging of seasonal items and product
- Evaluate and encourage employee development through continuous on the job training, annual performance reviews and corrective action as needed
- Maintain employee safety and morale by creating safe working and efficient working environment
Requirements for Production Supervisor: - Associate’s degree or equivalent work-related experience
- 2-5 years of related experience in a food production leadership role
- Intermediate user of Microsoft Office Programs
- SQF and HACCP Experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced critical thinking skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent leadership / staff management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to sit, stand, bend and twist throughout shift
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
